We specialise in writing CVs/job applications, providing interview practice and supporting your job hunting.  We can create documents from scratch as well as rewrite something you’ve already produced. We provide advice on all stages of the application/interview process including assessment centres and presentations.  We provide career coaching to help you change career or return to the workplace after a break.

We believe the most important part of creating a strong application is making sure you reveal your skills and experience in an articulate way.

The only information a recruiter will have to decide whether to interview you is your application. To be successful yours has to stand out. If your application fails to sell you, you won’t get shortlisted. There are techniques that we can teach you that will overcome the common pitfalls and give you the best opportunity to get to the next stage.

Our consultants are very experienced recruiters who have worked across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.

We use coaching techniques to get you to reveal the great things that you’ve done and can do.  We show you how to use and tailor these in your application/CV.  This approach has been shown to work in all situations including career changes and/or returning after a career break.

Our usual approach is to meet in person at a convenient location but we can provide our services over the telephone if you prefer. During our discussion we will write or update your CV/application and provide you with the completed document.
